I think this is the best BQ yet, the city of New Port is on the edge of revolt due to shortages and sanctions, but as always it some kind of setup. BQ shows her typical management skills, ie; kill them if they do or even if they don't, does it matter.

Graphic Novels : The Boys, The Self-Preservation Society

The Self-Preservation Society? I wonder if the boys are really the ones in trouble, because as we all know, nobody messes with Billy Butcher's dog. The second part of the novel focuses of the origins of the team, Mother's Milk, The Female and Frenchie, but for now Mallory and Billy stay a mystery.

My Gaming History : ZX Spectrum Loading Screens

I get really nostalgic about ZX Spectrum loading screen, probably because took 5 to 20 minutes to load those old 8-bit games. So, you had to stare at them for a long, long time.

Graphic Novels : War Machine, Iron Heart

This comic was an impulse buy and turned out to be pretty gritty. Personally, I haven't really read much Iron Man or War Machine, but this was good. The story surrounds Rhodes pasted and near future, War Machine is exactly that and only half man. Great action comic, great read.

Graphic Novels : Superman, Ending Battle

I have to admit to not enjoying Superman's Ending Battle until about the halfway point, when Lex Luthor calls him an idiot from that point the story improved for me as it became obvious that the battle is a plot to push Superman to his limits, the twists and turns are great and the ending battle worth the wait.

Graphic Novels : Irredeemable, Volume 2

Plutonian continues his rampage and as the remaining heroes search for the only super villain to ever hurt the mighty Plutonian, but one hero has a surprise of the fallen hero. Irredeemable see more history and greater depths, definately worth a read.
