XBOX 360 : Open Tray Error or Disk's not reading

Hello, I am back to report on my latest XBOX 360 issue. Four years of hard usage and gaming my second XBOX 360's DVD drive has failed.  It doesn't read game disks and it frequently doesn't open the tray.  Research on the internet suggests it it drives head alignment. Two XBOX 360 down and a third on route, glad the price has reduced.
