General : Demon ADSL2+
The last few days have been what I can only describe as a "pain". Currently, Demon is the process of upgrading it's customers and me to ADSL2+ and that is when my problems started. Since the 14th April 2009, I have either had no service or intermittent ups and downs, I found the Demon service desk unresponsive and I felt that my complaints were unheard. Currently, my ADSL is up and I admit that the speed and performance is better, but if it is anything like last night, it'll be down at 7pm until 9am! Anybody else having problems?
